Lolitas Story
Lolita's Taco Shop was founded by Joaquin and Dolores Farfan in January of 1984 in Chula Vista, California. Together, the Farfan's have over 40 years of experience in the Mexican Food industry.
Lolita's has been a South Bay favorite for over 20 years. The original location opened on January 13, 1984 and is located on Telegraph Canyon Road in Chula Vista. The second, located on Bonita Road, opened a few years later on January 28, 1989. Lolita's opened its' third location in San Diego on Clairemont Mesa Blvd in 1999.
As the family grew, the business grew, and in late 2001, Lolita's Taco Shop incorporated under the name Lolita's Restaurants, Inc. With Joaquin and Dolores still working hard, all six children have joined the team. Lolita's opened its' fourth location under the new corporation. This location is also located in Chula Vista and is on East Palomar Street in the Sunbow area.
Lolita's is now in the process of opening its' fifth location in beautiful Downtown San Diego across from Petco Park. This location will be called "Lolita's at the Park".
Lolita's continues to pride itself by selling quality fresh Mexican food and appreciates all the customers that have shown their loyalty over the years and look forward to meeting new customers.

Charitable Requests
Complimentary cards, food and monetary donations are available through our restaurants at their discretion. All requests should be made to the corporate office located at 303 H Street, Suite 405, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
School Fundraisers
To submit your request for a school fundraiser, please mail, email or fax your written proposal on your school's letterhead to Lolita's Restaurants, Inc., 303 H Street, Suite 405, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
Please submit the following information:
1 – Date requested, time, school, contact information, and the specific purpose for the fundraiser briefly summarized on 1-2 pages. The request should also detail how the donations will be used.
2 – Information about your organization, including proof of 501(c)(3) status and sources of funding.
3 – Information, if any, concerning past or current involvement of Lolita's employees with your organization.
Because of volume, we cannot accept direct requests or inquiries by telephone. All requests are reviewed on an ongoing basis. It may take 4-6 weeks to review your request, so please allow enough time if your request is related to a specific event.
You will be notified of the restaurants decision by mail or phone. The hardest part is being unable to donate to every charity.

Individuals seeking aid
Organizations lacking proof of 501(c)(3) status
Political organizations/candidates
Youth Sports Team Sponsorships
